If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on products that are unused, unopened, and sealed. To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at americantallow2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
• We are not responsible for shipping carrier issues (such as lost, stolen, or delayed packages).
